We are thrilled to share that Steve Dominguez, the CEO and Founder of Peacemakers, has joined the prestigious REDEMPTIVE Impact Accelerator (RIA) at Fresno Pacific University’s Center for Community Transformation. This 3 ½ month program is designed to equip nonprofit leaders with the tools they need to create redemptive, lasting change in their communities. Steve’s participation in the program marks a significant step forward for Peacemakers and the future of the communities it serves.
Peacemakers has long been committed to making a positive impact in the 93706, Easton, Southwest Fresno, and rural areas. Through their work, they have worked tirelessly to address the unique challenges of these communities, creating programs that promote growth, opportunity, and justice. As Steve continues to lead Peacemakers toward their mission, he is now gaining invaluable knowledge and mentorship from RIA’s experts, covering key components of nonprofit leadership such as storytelling, team building, program development, and funding.
The RIA program pairs nonprofit leaders with coaches who walk alongside them, helping them to clarify their goals, refine their strategies, and drive long-term sustainability. For Steve, this is an exciting opportunity to build a foundation that will allow Peacemakers to expand its reach and impact. By engaging with the accelerator, Steve is honing the skills necessary to lead Peacemakers into a new chapter of growth and transformation.
With Peacemakers officially launching on March 1st, 2025, Steve is filled with hope and anticipation for the changes this will bring to the community. “This accelerator is more than just a learning experience—it’s an opportunity to bring fresh, redemptive solutions to the communities that need it most,” says Steve. “We’re excited to see what the future holds and are hopeful for the amazing transformation that is already beginning to take shape.”
As Peacemakers prepares to officially launch, the team is eager to put the lessons learned from RIA into action, driving meaningful and sustainable change across the 93706, Easton, Southwest Fresno, and rural areas. Steve Dominguez’s commitment to these neighborhoods is unwavering, and through this accelerator, Peacemakers is poised to become an even greater force for good in the region.
Stay tuned for more updates as Peacemakers embarks on this exciting new journey, and join us in celebrating the hopeful future of these incredible communities!
